We provide online Help and Web-based Tutorials to help you learn how to effectively use
the applications included in our funded website solution.
For those that
prefer more personalized training,
we offer instructor led classes (limit
4 per class) online for $20 per person
or $40 for 4 persons. For large
organizations or groups, we provide
on-site training. Please contact
us for details.
Technical Support
For the first
three months of service, we do not
charge for support. Thereafter,
we charge per incident for support
as is the standard in the software
industry. This assures the
lowest product cost and associates
the cost of support with those that
require it.
The industry
average is $40 and above per incident
while our fee is only $10 per incident
for web-based support. However,
if our products are not working as
represented, there is no charge for
support.
Our support
department is not a profit center,
so we ask that you make every effort
to research the issue you are having
through our help and tutorials.
Having said that, our first priority
is to assist you so please do not
