Manager application with which you can schedule, manage, and keep track
of important communications and relationships with individuals like key
donors.
The Contact Manager allows you to add, modify, or delete a contact profile and track all communications with that contact. Appointments, notes, and reminders can be entered for a contact from within each contact’s communication log.
Using the Group Manager application, you can organize your contacts by creating and maintaining groups to which you can send marketing emails or newsletters. For example, you can have one group for board members, one for advisors, another for donors, and still others for foundations, clients, employees, government contacts, corporate contacts, partners, and more. You will also have the ability to track attendees of events and save them in your Contact Manager.
You can have as many as 2,500 contacts at no charge.
To these contacts, you can send an unlimited number of marketing emails
or newsletters as well as have unlimited notes in the communication log of each contact.
If you would like to add more contacts, you can do so for the following
costs:
- Add $15 per month for 2,501 to 5,000 contacts
- Add $35 per month for 5,001 to 10,000 contacts
- Add $105 per month for 10,001 to 25,000 contacts
